20-26 Student Appreciation Week

March 8 New 2010-2011 housing contract available online

15-21 Spring Break

April 8-9 Room Request Days-continuing students request fall and spring rooms

May 1 Deadline to change housing contract from academic to annual without incurring penalty fees

1 Housing Priority Deadline

15 Residence hall move out unless staying for the summer. Move out is by 12:00 pm.

18-19 Internal room changes for spring residents staying on for summer

21 Residents new to housing move into residence hall

22 Summer classes begin

June 1 Deadline to receive a refund on the $500 pre-payment if student, planning to move on campus beginning in fall, cancels housing contract

August 1 Last day to sign up for a non-resident dining plan for fall

15 Residence hall move out unless staying for the fall.

17-18 Internal room changes for summer residents staying on for fall

Continuing CCPA students and cross country athletes from 12pm - 4pm

Early residence hall move in our temporary housing in 2 East 8th for:

New undergraduate CCPA, new international students, Continuing CCPA theatre students, cross country athlete from 9am - 12 pm

New students from 10am - 1pm

Continuing students from 1pm - 6pm (please note: 4:30pm-6pm is a peak traffic time in the loop)

General residence hall move in our temporary housing in 2 East 8th for:

New students and Continuing students
from 11am - 2pm

Remember!Room availability is limited and priority is given to students who are admitted, apply for housing and make the $500 pre-payment by May 1.
